David A. Strauss is the Harry N. Wyatt Professor of Law at the University of Chicago.

Geoffrey E. Stone is the Harry Kalven Jr. Distinguished Service Professor of Law at the University of Chicago. He is a co-author of "The First Amendment" and co-editor of the annual "Supreme Court Review".
