It also includes a chapter on men’s outerwear and an in-depth look at a number of technical forms used in production. Like the two previous books, all patterns are clearly and simply illustrated to provide professionals and students with a comprehensive understanding of patternmaking and to allow anyone using this series to quickly master the interpretation of fashion sketches.

About the Author

Antonio Donnanno began his career in his family's tailor shop and later, after majoring in history and philosophy, focused on the teaching of costume history and patternmaking techniques. In 1982, he founded the acknowledged Euromode School Italia in Bergamo, which soon expanded with new branches on the international stage and where, alongside his teaching duties, Donnanno also serves as director. Donnanno has written dozens of books about fashion and has his own consulting firm, focusing on patternmaking and business. As a consultant, illustrator and stylist for different fashion companies.
