About the Author

Ilya Somin is associate professor of law at George Mason University, where Joshua Wright is professor and holds a courtesy appointment in the Department of Economics.

Todd J. Zywicki is the Foundation Professor of Law in the School of Law and a senior scholar of the Mercatus Center, also at George Mason University.
