She is coauthor of 500 Time-Tested Home Remedies and the Science Behind Them and editor of USDA's Guide to Infant Nutrition, 2018. Deanna Gabriel Vierck, CCH CN, is a certified clinical herbalist and holds a BS in Biology, Public Relations, and Earth Science from Central Missouri State University.
